Cleansing and Skincare – Select Excellent Advice on New Products

Makeup cannot cover up the damage if you are not taking good care of your skin.

Oily, dry, and sensentive skin are all the result of poor skin care. Of course, hormones, diet and exercise also matter, but nothing can replace actually taking care of your skin.

Are you drinking enough water?

You must drink alot of water everyday, between 4 and 8 glasses of it. If you’re not in the habit, give yourself some time to change your water drinking habits a little bit every day.

Once you have the right stuff happening on the inside, you will find that you start to look younger and healthier almost immediately.

Cleansing is particularly important if you have oily skin or are prone to blemishes, but all skin types can benefit from regular cleansing. Don’t use a harsh cleanser – if your skin feels tight and strained after cleansing, you need a more gentle cleanser.

Make sure you use a toner with no alcohol in it (unless your skin is very oily) – alcohol is very drying and can irritate your skin. Read the ingredients list carefully, and make sure that there is no ingredient with a chemical name ending in “ol”.
