The early 20?s is a time in our lives, where we live life to the fullest. With not a care in the world, we indulge in many a late night and not have a care of what tomorrow has in store for us. While, this is all just fine and dandy, after 25 years… all these late nights, smoking and alcohol begin to take a toll in our bodies, and the first place where this is evident is our skin. Moreover at this age, our cell production also decreases, which leads to additional loss of firmness of the skin.
Teenagers that are a group of people that are most affected by acne dread the prospect of dealing with acne and in fact, even before the problem occur; it already starts to have a detrimental effect on their personalities and ruins their sense of well-being. However, acne affects adults as well as children and is usually caused because their testosterone (a hormone) levels increase as too does level of body oil. Even excessive amount of stress and the wrong eating habits can cause acne to develop though fortunately there are numerous treatment options to choose from.
